Hi, I'm looking for an expert in developing a codec library that use for my iOS app. The main purpose of this library is to play incompatible video and audio formats on iOS. It could be just extract PPM and audio from some container format such as: avi, wmv, ... and use SDL, AVFoundation or Core Graphics to play it. Or convert these incompatible formats to mp4 then play with AVFoundation. Before bidding please advice me with way is better. You are freely to use open sources with licenses (BSD, zlib, ...) but I don't want it stick with some restricted licenses such as: GPL, LGPL, ... I prefer it's developed in Objective-C language, but in C and C++ is fine too.
