My client is looking for a good customer service advisor to take inbound calls and log detailed information onto the in house database. There is also some appointment making to be done and therefore my client is looking for people from a call centre/customer service background who have experience of sales. You must have an excellent telephone manner, excellent attention to detail and be a good listener.
