Our client, is an international financial services group and the UK's leading life and pensions provider with a requirement for an experienced Project Support Officer to join the team for an initial 2 months. We are moving our email service from Lotus Notes to Microsoft Outlook. We require effective PSOs to carry out project support tasks to maintain delivery of a high profile project. Maintaining risks and issue status, logging defects with the IT support team and supporting the Project Manager in running a number of meetings. The PSO will also act as the local point of contact for the project during post implementation support, directing 2 resources to providing user support. Each PSO is responsible for developing and a managing an appropriate control and reporting framework in support of the IT Project Office Manager.
