Marketing Research Specialist/Project Manager
Our client is a major global leader in card payment processing for both large and small businesses, operating in over 40 countries. Based in London/Ireland. Our client is seeking a Marketing Professional with extensive background and experience as a Market Researcher. This role is to work on 3 distinct projects as follows: 1. Customer Satisfaction Survey - not just quantitative but qualitative of data evaluating the Customer Experience, make recommendations, not just report back but they need to be able to interpret data and make recommendations of actions as to how to deal with the feedback 2. The second project is for their Irish Site, requiring Customer Segmentation. This project will require someone to devise the questionnaire, run and set up focus groups and question the various teams as it relates to their customers and profitability. (home base is still London so travel required to do this particular project) 3. The third project requires them to take responsibility for a research tool that a previous employee had proposed and was subsequently purchased. There is no one in the organisation who understands the systems capabilities. The system is (Market Line) a Data Monitor product; this person will need to interface with Data Monitor, evaluate capabilities, functionality and feed back to the Business with recommendations on how to role it out. Ideal candidate would have experience within the Cards and Merchant Services sector. Must have minimum 5-7 years marketing research experience - Not just someone who can crunch data but someone is a "Human Researcher". Must have excellent presentation skills in order to present finding back to the board.
