Experience of working as part of a team in providing a professional solution focused human resource service across an organsiation . Provide advice and guidance to staff and line managers on a wide range of people management issues, including reorganisations, recruitment, grievance, disciplinary, absence, performance management and redeployment matters. Support Heads of HR with projects and reviews. Advice disciplinary and grievance panels across the Council. Responsibility for line management or supervision of identified staff within the HR team.
