Major Tasks Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to: *Handle disability claims issues in conjunction with vendor(s) *Analyze disability and FML metrics and results *Work day-to-day with vendor(s) in processing claims *Respond to Front Office referred employee and manager queries * Work with other HR//direct process teams such as Payroll, Benefits, etc. * Maintain and update employee data in the system * Participate in process feedback * Support communications related to disability and FML * Compliance with all Internal Controls Major Work Relations SSC Manager Compensation & Benefits Other SSC Team functions SSC Front Office HR Business Partners Knowledge Requirements * BA /BS with a minimum of 3+ years work experience in Human Resources Management or related field, an Associates Degree with a minimum 5-7 years work experience in Human Resources Management or related field or High School diploma or GED with a minimum 10 years work experience with at least 3 in an HR Shared Service Center or Benefit related field. * Working knowledge of disability and FML preferred, but not required. * SAP HR preferred, but not required. * Ability to interact with and support all levels of employees and management. * Excellent oral and written communication. * Knowledge of disability and FML legislation. * Payroll experience preferred. * Understanding of Internal controls, SOX and audits required.
