Our client is looking for a Non-functional Test Analyst for an initial 5 month contract based in Birmingham. Key skills: * Test design and scripting * Execution of testing * Reporting on success failure * Defect management * Moving into test plans and reports Technologies involved: * Oracle 8,9,10 * SQL * Business Objects XI * Informatica data tool * FME * VMware, Vdi * Windows 2008 server * HPUX 11i / SUSE Linux 10,11 * Windows 2000, Windows 7 desktops Required skills: Mandatory: * Non-functional testing experience * Hands on role with ability to write & execute test cases. * Good level of understanding test lifecycle * Adequate awareness of current technologies. * Knowledge of V-model Desirable: * Working understanding about the Configuration & Release Management * Understanding of and ability to effectively useHPQCtool to maintain testing deliverables, and to report on testing progress. * ISEB Foundation in Software Testing If you believe you have the required skills and experience, please submit your CV in the first instance.
