Ability to translate specifications into accurate reflections of requirements, provide recommendations and plans for handing data, document processes, anticipate needs, write accurate and detailed reports, and develop and deliver training materials for using self-serve system functions. Interpret requirements for complex projects to design / develop / implement applications in a .NET, ASP structure.  Design and develop appropriate data base structure to support the application.  Develop and write appropriate reports to support the process.  Write and debug code for applications, user interfaces, reports, and various other communication methods (for example, interfaces to MS Outlook or MS Office).  Resolve technical questions of users and implementing new technologies to user areas. •Visual Basic, Progress, SQL, MS Access, MS Office skills preferred •ASP.NET, VB.NET, Visual Studio, other web programming solutions required •Knowledge of relational database design and creation. •An understanding of object oriented programming and logic. •Self directed and motivated. •Skilled in decision making and problem solving.  Ability to think analytically and learn quickly  •Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. •Ability to express thoughts clearly and succinctly, both orally and in writing. •Team player attitude. •Careful and thorough attention to detail.
