The Senior QA Analyst is a member of an Agile Team which completes Unit, Integration and System level software testing. They create/execute test cases and regression test software for the ECM project. This individual must possess a strong knowledge of testing processes and be able to adapt these to an Agile / Scrum Model. This candidate will also coordinate work between the LPS staff, internal and external QA integration teams, and the client development and management teams. The Senior QA Analyst will initiate and complete all aspects of testing to include but not limited to the following: Develop and maintain a Master Test Plan that defines all actions, deliverables, responsibilities and procedures to satisfy the user / customer quality and validation/qualification requirements Coordinate deployments on a shared environment with other QA groups participating in the project Conduct test case reviews to ensure scenarios accurately capture business functionality Perform Integration Testing between application and external application / data sources Identify / work with development on the creation of test data needed for execution Coordinate test environment set-up and maintenance Utilize TFS to record, report and track defects Utilize VS2010 MTM to create and execute test cases Work with development team to resolve defects and any environment issues Report test status to QA Manager and client management Work with the business to understand new requirements or track production issues Minimum Requirements: 7+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance Proficient in mortgage industry and/or MSP Windows XP and MS Office experience Experience working with .NET, XML, and Web Thorough understanding SQL Enterprise Manager and proficient with SQL Queries 7 years of experience as a QA Tester with at least 3 years of experience working as a Senior Tester Working knowledge of Microsoft Project Working knowledge of SDLC - Software Development Life Cycle
