Description: By developing to the Software Specification’s, the Software Developer will assist in developing and correcting versions of the ORAP application including reports. When assisting in determining Software Specifications and Design, the Developer will work with the DOH Business Analyst to determine the technical options for implementing the Business Requirements. All final external web products must work in the Secure Access Washington (SAW) environment. Throughout the timeframe of this contract, the work may include, but is not limited to: • Develop Reports using SQL Reporting • Develop Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) services • Mentor and assist state agency developers on using JQuery in a cross-browser environment, and how this will work best in the Secure Access Washington (SAW) environment • Assist the project team with other issues as needed (relating to the technology listed in the technical skills section) • Participate in project meetings Mandatory Experience and Qualifications: • C#, .NET 4.0 • Implementing and consuming Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) services • CSS, JQuery, JQuery Plug-ins, and JavaScript • Experience with AJAX browser-based implementations • Experience implementing Service Oriented Architecture directives • Experience with N-tier communication using Data Transfer Objects (DTO) • LINQ • MS SQL 2008 • Configuring IIS 7.5 on 64-bit Windows 2008 R2 • MS SQL Reporting Services (RDLC) development (embedded in a web application) Reach me @ Ravikrishna@coolsofttech.com 502-410-5670 X 206
