Our client located in St. Paul is looking for a title assistant to support their closing area. Candidate must have experience in title work. Ideal candidate has 2+ years as a title assistant, and can work independently in a fast paced environment. Must have experience with 2010 HUD forms. Preference giving to candidates with AIM Plus or AIM for Windows software experience. This is a temp to perm opportunity with a well known organization. Pay is $15+ per hour.
