Bilingual French Customer Service Representative
BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE: READ/WRITE/SPEAK - Ideally Call Center exp. but open to admin or other work exp. where strong communication & computer skills are needed.Duration of assignment: 3-4 months. PAYS $19.00/HOURStrong written & verbal communication skills45 WPM & 10-KeyOrganized and ability to multi-task.Medical or technical background will be helpfulThis is Order Entry, pre & post sales support, customer service.Able to memorize and recall easily.They will be on a call Q3 years + of corporate experience.Degree preferredPosition handles contacts routed from both our external and internal customers (sales reps/B2B customers) via the telephone, fax, and email to fulfill product orders and ensure proper and timely invoicing and delivery. This position leads customer satisfaction by providing exceptional world-class Customer Service in a high performance culture that contributes to the overall success of our organization.Must be able to consistently meet established department standards. This includes orders, returns, pricing and delivery information and additional requests by phone, fax, email and EDI. Strong focus on high level of quality and one call resolution.Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, some creativity and latitude expected.Handles team email inbox to respond same business day received.Perform proactive follow up with other Customer Support Team members to ensure efficient resolution to customer requests through collaboration and effective teamwork.Utilize order-processing reporting system to ensure all orders are completed successfully through order fulfillment process, by monitoring daily order reports (Outstanding order report and Booked not released report).Respond to inquiries about products, programs, and services to provide accurate information with an in-depth knowledge of products features and benefits, with support from supervisor or team lead as needed, to increase customer satisfaction.Handles and supports sales special orders and solicits sales of new or additional products by providing alternate solutions, or when promotional opportunity is identified.Provide support to patients to include DME contact information and education on product features and benefits.Ensure pricing approval process is supported and works in compliance to Customer Service policies and procedures.Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.Remain current on products by attending training as assigned on new products or services.Provide necessary data to AR to maintain accurate customer account information.Manage time effectively and work with other members of the team.Applies customer feedback to improve service through continuous improvement recommendations.Relies on instructions and QA procedures to perform the functions of the job.Requires supervision.Provide support for special projects as needed.APPLY TODAY!!
