Job Description: Monday - Friday Shifts: Regular Business Hours Fort Worth, TX Messaging Client Technician Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required Minimum 5 years experience with Outlook 2007 and Lotus Notes Client (v7 & v8) installation, configuration, and upgrading including clients running on citrix. Proficient in Lotus Notes Sametime IM, MS Office Communicator, Live Meeting and Desktop Sharing. Excellent customer service, people, documentation, and organization skills are required. Coexistence and Blackberry support a plus. Duties and Responsibilities Provide high level assistance to Help Desk, Desktop Support, and District IT Support personnel in resolving Lotus Notes and Outlook 2007 client issues. Promote user awareness of the Outlook features and capabilities including Live Meeting and Desktop Sharing. Strong inter-personal and communication skills - ability to work well with both peers and clients under pressure and deadlines. Ability to identify and solve problems quickly and completely - able to network efficiently in order to locate subject matter experts as needed.
