I have an on-line form that is supposed to send a real paper Fax via email. It has worked fine for over a year, and now it doesn't. The form uses some formatting code and a PHP includes script. 1. The form works perfectly when sent to an email address 2. A different, very simple, test form I created (no formatting / no php includes) sends a fax perfectly. 3. The specific issue is that the form I currently use will not send a fax. 4. I need someone to do this who can test it with a real fax...
