Customer Support Technician

Duration: 4 months with possible contract to hire Description/Required Skills: - Serves as primary support liaison between company and customer. - Provides phone support to customers by resolving complex technical application problems. - Maintains log of problems so that recurring problems can be reported to product development. - Provides recommendations for improving team processes and procedures. - Help Desk / Call Center experience preferred.
