Some environmentally degradable plastics have a tendency to "fragment" into tiny flakes of films. In some countries, especially China, there is an accumulation of this plastic residue that looks like "snow". We need a photo [$50] or (ideally) a photo and some high quality video [$100] to show this stuff. Note: we're not interested in photos of plastic debris unless is is reduced to tiny flakes...we're not interested in floating pictures of *paper* trash. This must be tiny flakes of plastics that have been partially broken down by the sun...but the flakes still persist in the environment. We request that you first upload a very poor resolution photo to eLance so we can examine. We will pay you for the high resolution file if we can review and approve the low-rez file.
