Part Time Customer Service Consultant
Customer Service Consultant, Part-time: Required for this well known cruise company based in a great location in the heart of London. They are looking for an experienced customer service consultant to join their team on a part time basis working 2 days during the week. Customer Service Consultant, Part-time Responsibilities: * Dealing with aftersales queries and amendments * Handling of customer service issues and complaints * Providing general help & support to passengers Customer Service Consultant, Part-time Skills Required: * You must have previous travel industry experience to apply * Clear and professional telephone manner * Competent in Microsoft packages - Word, Excel and Powerpoint * Well organised with excellent attention to detail * A degree in marketing or working towards one will be beneficial but is not essential Additional information: * Part- time role working 2 days per week. * Hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm * Salary is £9 per hour * This role is due to start ASAP and could turn permanent for the right consultant.
