The Senior Java Developer / Programmer located in San Antonio, Texas will have the following responsibilities: Write clean standards compliant semantic markup Demonstrate an understanding of the need to adhere to and enforce web standards Write production ready JavaScript following enterprise coding standards Write production ready CSS following enterprise coding standards Debug browser-specific defects and provide solutions Communicate with back-end Engineers to integrate presentation and application tiers This role requires demonstrated strong knowledge and effective implementation of the following areas: Strong OO programming skills Strong understanding of programming design patterns and principals Understanding enterprise coding design principals to include code for reuse, maintenance, frameworks and large scale architectures, encapsulation and abstraction JavaScript CSS Wicket Java
