Our client has an immediate need for a Senior Business Analyst to elicit, analyze, validate, verify, and facilitate testing of business process solutions and requirements for enterprise initiatives. In this position, you will serve as the conduit between the customer community and the software development team through which business requirements flow. The majority of the work effort is focused on development and management of the project charter, metrics, use cases, business requirements and solution testing approach. Additional responsibilities include: Assist in the development of the project charter and clarification of the project scope, requirements, measurable outcomes, and project deliverables Documentation of the -as is- and -to be- business processes using standard process modeling tools and process improvement methodologies Communication of compelling and concise analysis to enable business owners to make well informed decisions regarding options for problem resolution and opportunity realization Conduct thorough business case and external customer value analysis to determine selection, prioritization positioning and approach for broadest range of potential solutions (e.g., outsourcing, process improvements, technology solutions) Fully integrate performance and success metrics into initiative planning and execution for optimal results Drive or guide solution analytics using a disciplined repeatable methodology i.e. SDLC, BAPI, Lean, Six Sigma etc. Develop and deliver quality analysis, reporting and presentation materials as needed Assist with development and delivery of change management and training of end users Senior Business Analyst Qualifications: Minimum of 5-7 years of Business Analysis experience, preferably with strong user interaction BS/BA; Masters Degree a plus 2 or more years of practical experience leading business process improvement initiatives in a complex transactional environment Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation Executive Level interpersonal relationship building, collaboration and facilitation skills
