Coordinate participant recruitment for research studies conducted by User Experience Research Team Work closely with researchers to understand study goals and participants criteria Translate study criteria into screener survey questions and program the screener in survey tool Conduct database pulls to Client survey invites to potential participants Deploy survey invitations using external survey tool Identify, screen, and schedule participants by phone and/or email Assist with activities related to the end-to-end participant experience: recruiting participants, understanding customer profiles, participant follow-up, rescheduling, incentive distribution, etc. Communicate directly with participants so they understand requirements and logistics Manage external vendors to ensure understanding of participant screening criteria Identify and execute new ways to acquire and screen participants Job Requirements • At least 2 years recruiting experience in research, HR, sales, business administration • Positive, can-do attitude, with ability to resolve issues in a timely manner • Clear and practiced communication skills (written and verbal), focusing on customer service • Excellent phone manners, enjoys speaking to people on the phone, • Strong organization skills, and ability to multi-task while managing deadlines • Friendly, fun, outgoing personality Thanks & Regards, Siva... intelliswift Software Inc., 2201 Walnut Avenue, Fremont, CA – 94538 siva@intelliswift.com | Phone: (510) 516-7425 | http://www.intelliswift.com
