You will formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies, writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. Responsible for documenting algorithms, identifying logical system architecture, specify system interfaces, document operational requirements, and develop test plans. Oversee acceptance testing, develop user guides, provide user training, and support the user in development of work processes.
