I need a Web developer to finish an E-Commerce site that is already 75% done. It was originally outsourced to India through Elance, but communication and skill levels were a problem. Almost all of the complicated issues have been resolved and I am just needing a developer to fix some minor problems. I need a website developer who speaks English and has skills such as linking pay pal to a website, fixing log in issues to the website, emails being sent to customers from the website, etc. It is a contract job and paid according to completion of milestones.
