Local Data Evaluator
Job Description: Responsible for judgment decisions regarding accuracy of data, with specific task of identifying patterns in data. Works on tasks that are moderately complex in nature, comparing between multiple sources of information, with great attention to detail. Will make outbound phone calls to business representatives. May be interacting by phone where candidate must ask pointed questions to confirm or deny information given. Required to interact with senior employees, for regular and ongoing training, and to provide direct feedback about the process and the results of the work. Process is subject to change on a weekly basis; the candidate will need to be flexible and capable of adjusting to new instructions regularly. • Experience with high-volume, repetitive tasks. Detail orientated. Needs to be dependable, reliable, and have a good work ethic. • Excellent verbal skills, with ability to make outbound phone calls to business representatives to retrieve information. Able interact with a professional and courteous manner. • Potential to review or research patterns in data. • Comfortable interacting via email, chat, phone and in-person meetings. • Eager to continually improve skills, and open to ongoing training including one-on-one training and direct feedback from senior employees. • Proactively brings attention to questions, issues or inconsistencies over data. • Must have the ability to work at a fast pace while sitting for 8 hours. • Follows company policies and procedures. • Flexibility in switching between duties and assignments as required. • Ability to focus on details and act on those observations. • Potential for international travel within guidelines set out by employer of record. **Also seeking bilingual in English and Spanish candidates who have knowledge of Mexico geography and traffic laws for this position.** **This is a temporary 12 month assignment** Please send resumes to: angie.neale@adeccona.com and jennifer.voight@adeccona.com Job Experience: Qualifications: • BA/BS degree, or 2-3 years of relevant business experience, is required. • Solid knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and related language and communication skills. • Must have basic knowledge of computers, experience using personal computers, web browsing and data entry skills. • Effective time management skills. • Effective interpersonal skills.
