eBusiness Lead
As part of eBusiness Digital Marketing & Sales team, you will function as the lead account executive supporting small (ISGBU) and mid/large (LGSB) business units. You will be responsible for identifying strategies to help the BUs best leverage online marketing to promote new plans, rate cycle initiatives, and open enrollment efforts. Working closely with the BUs marketing managers, you will implement and optimize digital marketing strategies that drive profitable growth for the BUs in alignment with the BU's annual business plan and marketing roadmap. Key Responsibilities Include: Campaign management from start to finish (intake of request, planning and discovery, prioritization, kick-off meetings, project scheduling, resource management, creative reviews, testing, tracking, campaign analysis and insights/optimization, etc.) Provide campaign best practices and insights to drive marketing success and result in new and creative marketing and communication strategies and tactics with unique messaging, positioning, and media to maximize results Approve all technical and artistic phases of digital marketing Manages all digital marketing efforts in support of Small Group and Mid/Large business units Drives a range of digital marketing campaigns (for acquisition, engagement, and retention) across a variety of online channels including email, microsites, landing pages, newsletters, banners and display ads Communicates status with all key stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on strategy and on time eBusiness Lead Qualifications: At least 5 years in marketing with a minimum of 3 years in online marketing for large B2C companies In-depth knowledge of advanced online marketing principles, best practices and techniques including marketing analysis and research tools Experience working in large, highly-matrixed companies Experience driving marketing campaigns from start to finish Ability to independently evaluate marketing plans and processes and recommend process improvements Excellent cross-functional team, project and organizational leadership skills with attention to details Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication (verbal and written) skills Ability to multitask with multiple deadlines and/or milestone requirements Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to use advanced features of Excel, PowerPoint and Word Ability to influence stakeholders and decision makers Experience with A/B and multivariant testing Ability to work within a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment with competing priorities. Must be a strategic thinker who is also willing and able to roll up their sleeves and execute to get the job done Must be customer-centric and adept at building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders BA/BS in marketing or business and/or equivalent combination of education and experience Nice to have: Knowledge of the health insurance industry including products, services and their financial drivers, a plus Process re-engineering experience, a plus Experience using content management systems (especially Tridion), a plus Knowledge of cheetah mail and/or Marketo Basic HTML and graphic design experience, a plus
