POSITION DESCRIPTION The Organizational Change Management & Communications Specialist will create and lead activities related to large-scale organizational change projects and manage communications for Information Technology Services. REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Business Communications, Mass Communications, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Organizational Design or Organizational Psychology. 5-8 years of experience developing concepts, processes, and systems that support organizational change activities relating to enterprise architectures, large-scale modernization efforts, and/or ERP initiatives. Communications experience in public relations or in a corporate or agency environment is a plus.
