We are currently seeking an Exchange Administrator for our corporate financial services client located in Alpharetta, GA. The candidate will perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of our standard hardware/software technology. This will include all aspects of Windows Server System Administration including, but not restricted to, server configuration/management/support, Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory administration and expertise, performance monitoring, advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution. The candidate will also actively manage relationships with and serve as liaison with external technical support and vendors. Essential Functions: Requires 24x7 production support and on call rotation Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Exchange 2010 Manage and tune Exchange 2010 Manage Exchange 2010 administration, design, and implementation. Ensure the technical integrity of corporate data by protecting against the loss or misuse or information and designing backup/recovery strategies using EMC Avamar Design, test, and manage disaster recovery of Exchange 2010 Ability to serve as a Subject Matter Expert on MS Exchange 2010 Must have experience managing and deploying Exchange 2010 in a distributed environment Ability to ensure the technical integrity of corporate data by protecting against the loss or misuse or information and designing backup/recovery strategies Ability to design, implementation and tune Exchange 2010 for optimal performance Position Requirements: Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience working in IT Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience managing MS Exchange 2007/2010 Minimum of 3 years of managing Exchange in a virtual environment Experience managing Windows 2003/2008 Servers Enterprise DR experience Administering MS Lync. Experience administering Blackberry Enterprise Server. Must be proficient in Exchange 2010 administration, design, and implementation. Must be proficient in Windows 2008 and AD administration Must be proficient in MS LYNC Must be proficient in Exchange 2010 backup strategies (EMC Avamar preferred) Must be proficient in design, test, and management of disaster recovery of Exchange 2010 Must be able to follow standard methodologies for troubleshooting and development Licenses or Certification: MCTS or MCITP on Exchange Preferred, Powershell.
