PLEASE READ THE WHOLE LISTING I have a dutch/scratch auction website. At the moment the price drops by a re-set amount (set in admin) each time a user views the price of item listing. It has a 'buy it now' feature so that when the price has dropped to a level that is acceptable to a member, then the member has 10 seconds to hit buy it now button and gets the item for that price. So as you can tell... the item keeps reducing in price with every view until the first member clicks on buy now and the auction is over for that item. I want it changed so that I am able to remove the buy it now button in admin area, and also set a pre-set 'winning price' that will end the listing once the price is reached. the member who viewed the hidden price as it hits that set price is declared the winner and then wins the item for that price. For example... If the prize is an iphone valued at $400 USD and i start the starting price at say $349... I also set the increment in admin to reduce by $0.05 each time a member looks at it. then i set the winning price at $149 then it would require 4000 views before it is won.. The member who views it on the 4000th time as it goes from $149.25 down to $149 will be the winner. All they have to do is to pay me the $149 via checkout and they win a $400 iphone.. Now all this is code is already in place.. I just need the buy now button removal mod and the winning price mod put in. Should be an easy bit of PHP/Mysql coding. Experience with auction, penny auction, dutch/scratch auction scripts would be a big advantage. I also want some extra payment processors integrated.. They all have the API / IPN code available, they just need set up in the payments page so members may choose a most suitable one. Work to start within 24 hours.
