Demand/Inventory Planning Analyst:- Must have 2+ years of Excel, SAP and Cognos experience, plus 5-8 years of Inventory or Planning Analyst experience Must have excellent communication skills General Demand/Inventory Planning Analyst position description: Prepares and/or leads the timely and insightful financial analysis of pertinent information to determine progress against strategic plan, budget and forecast, and to ensure integrity of the financial statements. Leverages strong understanding of financial systems and data elements. Leads projects and continually seeks ways to improve financial processes. Actively interprets and reviews financial results with business managers, including trends/issues and opportunities, to drive actionable responses. Ensures management is educated on use and interpretation of financial reports and metrics. Advises on financial implications of business decisions. Identifies and/or develops relevant management reporting and analytical tools This person will support the NFL jersey demand planner. Key contacts will be other planners on the NFL team, customer service, liaison office teammates, category partners in sales and merch. Key deliverables are SAP data entry, Cognos report running, demand plan updates, cross-functional communication. We are the NFL demand and inventory planning team. This is a new team who is currently managing through the startup of the Nike-NFL business. We are a team of 7 demand and inventory planners, plus 3 PO anaylsts. We are currently in our (relatively) slow season but will soon ramp up as shipments increase in August and September. This is a temporary role while we prepare for the peak shipping season in the fall. The team is currently undergoing an org assessment.
