·         Act as internal consultant and technical lead for our client’s NG platform ·         Work closely with development team to remove technical roadblocks and increase development efficiencies ·         Oversee change control process from an environment and code  standpoint ·         Act as Liaison between development team and IP ITSS Organization ·         Troubleshoot complex performance issues or application bugs as necessary ·         Identify and measure key metrics for site performance and availability ·         Establish and enforce best practices and coding standards ·         Assist in application design as necessary ·         Coordinate with production support teams for issue resolution ·         Be able to quickly give reliable estimates for off-shore/on-shore team Skills Required (3-5+ years experience in the following): ·         Strong problem solving skills ·         Ability to learn quickly and work with minimal guidance ·         WebLogic ·         Oracle ·         UNIX ·         J2EE ·         HTML, JavaScript, J-Query, JSP ·         Multi-Stream Source Code control applications ·         Load Testing tools ·         Web Services ·         Application Integration ·         Excellent oral and written skills and be able to work seamlessly with technical and non-technical resources Skills Preferred: ·         IBM (Sterling) Web Channel ·         The Grinder (load testing tool) ·         WebTrends ·         Ad Juggler ·         Experience working on a multi-shore team ·         Apache
