Diverse Staffing is working to add high quality employees to their team and are currently looking for a Operations Planning Technician for a 3-6 month contract with our client located in Branchburg, NJ. Requirements Assist in SAP APO implementation of PP/DS (production schedule detailed schedule). Prepare and execute required test scripts and maintain a valid production schedule for clinical and commercial manufacturing campaigns in BB50 biopharmaceutical facility. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Assist in implementation new planning module, such as new SAP planning module APO PP/DS to monitor and execute production plan 2. Maintain detailed production plan that can be used for detailed material/capacity planning as well as financial planning within SAP 3. Establish and maintain critical resources within SAP APO to ensure execution and display of detailed production plan 4. Establish effective communication and collaborate with customer groups, such as manufacturing and logistics to ensure accurate display of detailed production plan within SAP 5. Review capacity loads and identify possible manufacturing constraints. Monitor and identify possible detailed manufacturing issues due to changes within detailed production schedule 6. Ensure detailed production schedule output accurately and easily reflects new and on-going BB50 manufacturing activities that can be used by all support groups 7. Assisting planning department with reports and administrative support. Other duties will be assigned as necessary 8. Adhering to all safety, quality and company policies KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED: 6 to 8 years of Manufacturing planning or production execution experience is required (preferred: within pharmaceutical or biotechnology fields) BA/BS in life sciences, or a related discipline; or equivalent experience preferred SAP production planning execution, detailed scheduling or master data experience is highly desirable Excel knowledge is essential, such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables, etc...) Must possess excellent communication , interpersonal and writing skills Must be able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment Prepare production plans for manufacturing – Clinical & Commercial Campaigns
