Mechanical Design Illustrator Our client is a precision engineering company based in Suffolk and is looking to employ an experienced Mechanical Design Illustrator. JOB PURPOSE: Within the Design Department there is a requirement to produce Initial Provisioning Lists and Illustrations for projects that have reached design maturity. The role is to produce these lists and illustrations from defined data and to liaise with the customer to ensure completion. PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES: � To produce initial provisioning lists and illustrations from approved design data in accordance with AECMA Specification 2000M in support of the customer�s requirement for spares on the Euro fighter Typhoon project. � Liaison between team members to collect required data. � Provide prompt and accurate responses to all IP & Illustration related Queries.. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: � Recent experience producing initial provisioning lists and illustrations from approved design data in accordance with AECMA Specification 2000M. � Experience of working within an engineering environment. � Proficient in Microsoft Office.
