Portfolio / Capacity Planning Analyst
Our San Jose, California client is looking to fill an operations role that requires a strong Business Analyst with Project Management skills (MS Excel skills, ability to manage virtual teams to gather data; ability to analyze the data and create high level PowerPoints from the related data). They recently developed the Portfolio Management Processes and tools and need someone that will come and run their portfolio operations. Job Description: Demand Capture management Support the portfolio prioritization process Resource management and allocation Portfolio reporting Running meetings; managing action items, and follow-through The successful Planning Analyst applicant will possess the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise): Project Management and analysis Portfolio Management / Capacity Planning experience Strong ability to work cross functionally and drive processes Collaborative working skills - with multiple teams Expertise in MS Excel to manage data and create graphs / metrics Good PowerPoint skills
