This position supports the team implementing changes to sales and marketing business systems used by the Individual and Family line of business. Initial focus will be on the processes and data requested by the Health and Human Services (HHS). This data is posted on the HHS web sites and provides consumers accurate information on health care available in their area. Specific duties will also include user acceptance testing of the submitted data, to ensure accuracy. Additionally, creates deliverables such as meeting dates, process documentation and guide, and presentation materials. Assists with meeting facilitation and other project deliverables. Top 3-5 required skills: Strong Microsoft Excel Skills Strong Microsoft Visio Excellent communications skill Top 3-5 daily responsibilities: Documentation of current and to-be process Meeting coordination and documentation Coordination, testing, and checking of data Top 3-5 desired skills: Microsoft PowerPoint Light Project Management skills Meeting coordination and facilitation 4 year degree required. Will look at people right out of school. 2-4 years work in software development area as either analyst or junior project manager Insurance or finance background preferred User Acceptance Testing support Information on the project: The Health and Human Services web portal, healthcare.gov, provides information to consumers about health care options in their area. This project team is the focal point providing various sets of information from our client to the HHS for them to post. This project is the coordination, gathering, testing, and submittal of that data.
