Position Details: Position: Mortgage Post Closer Location: Jacksonville, FL 32256 Job Description: * Performing research and retrieve of mortgage, title policies from county websites or internal systems to ensure the Mortgage Loan has all required documents. *Responsible for contacting internal and external customers to correct closing issues and system discrepancies. *Auditing original documents including: notes, Insurance, HUD, TIL, ACH, Application, DEED and BPP coverage.
