Looking for 2 Peoplesoft HCM Consultants to start ASAP. One role is in Vancouver & the other is in Toronto. Perm or Contract. 4-5 yrs exp working in PeopleSoft HCM9.0 & 9.1, specially in North America & Canada Payroll Support & Maintenance and/or Implementation projects in Middle East Regions. Coordinates & performs activities related to the Requirement gathering, Gap Fit analysis, design, & support of application software for PeopleSoft HCM modules with payroll, as well as several other related applications Excellent project management skills & ability to lead a team. Uses deep business knowledge of multiple businesses or sub domains to drive PeopleSoft HCM Projects Exp designing & configuring PeopleSoft applications. Possess Functional & Technical knowledge on various modules of PeopleSoft HCM Solutions (Global Payroll is mandatory). Exp using a systematic approach for problem analysis & resolution as well as the resourceful evaluation of solution alternatives Ability to effectively work & collaborate with business users Basic Knowledge of Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, COBOL, PS Query, Crystal & nVision. Able to translate customer's requirements & issues into efficient solutions.
