Pro-Cable CAD Engineer Adecco Engineering and Technical is searching for a Pro-E Pro-Cable Cable Engineer. The ideal candidate will translate Unigraphics cable drawings to Pro-Cable and work with design engineers to draw new cables in Pro-Cable. The candidate will also Build BOMs for the cables and release all documentation in Agile. This will be a contract in the Ranch Bernardo area. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Create cable overview (interconnecting wiring diagrams) between modules. Create detailed wiring diagrams of individual cable pin outs and assemblies as well as bundles. Create cable layout drawings using Pro-E models of complex shapes adhering to cable bend radius… specifications. Create Resource documents in an Excel spreadsheet to detail interconnections and resources allocation Work in Agile to create a part number, change order, and attach all documentation. Performs other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate, Engineering requirements for cables into BOMs and drawings. Ability to use Agile, MS Word, Excel, Pro-E, Pro-Cable, and electronic e-mail systems. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Specialist in advanced technical or business skills. Individuals with a customer focus have developed the acumen to cultivate and develop lasting customer relations. May have advanced degree (Master's, PhD). Minimum of eight (8) years of experience is required Requires proficiency in Pro-Cable, Pro-E, Excel Requires design experience with relevant technologies.
