J OB DESCRIPTION: Work with an IT project manager and user base to design both the functional and visual aspects of Rich Internet Applications (RIA). Work with a creative, energized team to imagine and build solutions in support of business objectives Assist testing group in designing overall integration and functional tests Modify code for product improvements and bug fixes Develop quality software that is easy to support and maintain R E QUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ Years’ experience developing large, complex, enterprise applications in Flex Experience with Flex development frameworks such as Swiz, PureMVC and Cairngorm Experience developing custom components in Flex; understanding of Flex Component Lifecycle Experience developing applications with Java or C# Understanding of SQL and RDBMS structures and concepts Familiarity with UX principles and an ability to translate business functional requirements into an engaging and intuitive UI Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong oral and written communication skills Comfortable collaborating with business stakeholders as well as other software engineers Solid understanding of OOP, OOAD D E S IRED QUALIFICATIONS: Financial and/or energy industry experience Experience with highly iterative development approaches Experience with BlazeDS
