These references must be recent, actual client employees (not other consultants). These references will be asked via email to: o validate the role and responsibilities listed in the candidate's resume for that respective project o confirm the consultant's performance was acceptable in terms of: technical skills, communication skills, business skills, and professionalism **During the candidate evaluation process, candidates under serious consideration will be asked to provide their social security number for work authorization validation purposes **Once selected, to be fully confirmed, every consultant will be required to submit to a criminal background check, resume verification, and education verification at Reserve Consulting's expense
