I am looking for someone to completely redesign my current website, that means that you need to know CSS and PHP to implement your design. I'm NOT looking for a piece of drawing on a paper, I'm looking for someone to draw, show me, implement it from start to finish. I need someone with knowledge of CSS, graphics design ,web development, I need someone who knows how to make this website into a top notch, first class dating website.
