We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to work for our client based in Newent Duties to include assisting Head Chef with the preparation and service of meals, which are to be cooked and presented to a high standard. You will be catering for approx 20-60 covers. You will require an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in Catering including a food hygiene certificate. A minimum of 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie also essential. The hours of work will be 1100-2230 and our client operates 7 days a week.
