Knowledge of capacity performance tools such as BMC/APM(Best1), Hyperformix and CA WILY. Have an understanding of storage area networks, and large scale storage arrays Experience modeling capacity of distributed systems Good oral and written communications Experience in using load runner and the analysis of results Experienced in reviewing requirements and specifications for potential performance risk.
