Security / SCCM Administrator
The Information Security Analyst / SCCM Administrator will report to the Senior Manager, Information Security. Primary responsibility will be to lead the newly formed patching and vulnerability management team. In addition, the candidate will help monitor, manage and respond to security incidents across the enterprise, as well as act as the regional first point of contact for all Information Security matters. Essential Job Functions: Subject-matter expert for the entire patching and vulnerability lifecycle Responsible for ensuring all systems are patched according to corporate policy and process requirements Employ network, system, and application layer vulnerability scanning tools across the enterprise to detect and report on any vulnerabilities or misconfigurations Create, disseminate, and follow-up on all reporting to various system owners across multiple functions and departments, within and outside of IT Daily review of logs, alerts, open tickets, and recommended processes for security threats in coordination with other Information Security personnel Provide rotating on-call 24x7 support for security incident response Perform other duties as assigned by a Supervisor The successful applicant will possess the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise): This position requires very strong experience with SCCM Must have a minimum of 5 years working experience in IT, with at least 2 of those years focused on information security Must have sound working knowledge of all areas of IT, including Active Directory, networking, and systems administration Must have excellent customer service skills and experience in a professional service environment, responsibility for supporting multiple applications and network environments Must have strong English verbal and written communication skills Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or an equivalent combination in education and work experience Hands-on experience with enterprise class system management solution (Microsoft SCCM 2007 / 2012 Strong experience with an enterprise vulnerability management solution (Nexpose, QualysGuard, etc.) Experience with firewall technology, IDS/IPS, SIEM, antivirus and other information security tools Experience Recommended: Security-related certifications (SANS, ISC2, etc) Microsoft certifications Hands-on experience with creation of 3rd party software packages for distribution via SCCM Experience with compliance-related concerns across multiple geographies (SOX, FDA, EMA, HIPAA, etc.) in a global enterprise environment
