The Role Reporting to the Finance Manager, the role will consist of the following duties:Contacting customers on a daily basis to ensure the timely collection of overdue monies, building and maintaining the customer relationship, setting up and maintaining customer files, including contracts and systems comments cards, setting up and maintaining customer credit limits, ensuring all accounts are maintained with specified credit terms and limits, cash allocation, issuing customer statements, producing detailed weekly reports and aged debtor detail, cash forecasting and analysis.
