Senior Licensing Manager – Music Licensing Company South West London Up to £45,000 Our client the UK's Leading Licensing & Copyright Organisation carries out a unique role at the heart of the music industry responsible for paying music creators promptly and regularly when their music is performed, broadcast, recorded, downloaded or streamed in the most efficient way with the lowest administration and commission rates possible. With an annual turnover in excess of £500m and 850 employees, and embarking on innovative organisational change, there are great opportunities. The role holder will manage services and relationships for major record company accounts, delivering operational excellence and great customer service. Key responsibilities include: • Act as the key point of contact for all matters in relation to Major Record Company licensed products for both licensees and European sister societies, ensuring that licensing, invoicing and distributions are carried out to an optimal standard • Managing the day-to-day running and development of the virtual Accounts team • Proactively developing and managing first class relations with Major Record Companies, licensees, sister societies and major publisher members in all matters relating to Major Record Company. • Delivery of the Major Record Company and CLA invoiced and distributed revenue targets An effective communicator you will have existing knowledge of licensing schemes, copyright law and the role of music societies and licensing bodies. A Highly experienced relationship manager with a commercially focused background you will also have experience in handling international relations and experience in complex issue problem solving.
