Authors can post articles, pics, travel info/blog User profiles can contribute below article Users can post comments below article All Users and Authors can vote the article up or down Site allows star voting (1 to 10 stars) Everyone can vote BUT: There are tons of categories to vote on - if article says "closeness to the beach", or 'nightlife' - you can give it a star rating from 1-10 on many categories. Users can suggest places ALSO: Articles posted may refer to a building or a town, eg. 1 hotel, or 1 beach resort Visitors can search Decent SEO visibility required Later: Users can contribute articles Finally: Other details omitted, but would be worked on seperately. Design can be 3rd party, or TECHNOLOGY: Probably MySQL / with PHP framework or Python-Django / in MVC maybe?
