Remedy Opening in New Orleans MUST HAVE - Design, develop, and implement IT Service Management solutions using BMC Remedy ITSM v7 MUST HAVE - 3 - 5 years of experience with Remedy ITSM v7 with recent experience with v7.6 preferred MUST HAVE - 2 years implementing, integrating, managing Remedy Atrium CMDB and BMC Auto-Discovery with at least 1 year using Atrium Data Dependency Mapping (ADDM) TIL v3 Foundation Certified a plus Experience integrating ITIL process and Remedy applications such as Incident, Problem, Change with CMDB Prior experience implementing ITSM solutions in a fast-paced, heterogeneous environment Ability to provide technical leadership and support multiple projects Able to perform in a complex multi-tasking and multi-customer work environment Able to work within limited time restraints and strict deadlines Able to perform duties without immediate supervision Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent inter-personnel skills Ability to work in a team environment Highly motivated and able to solve highly technical and complex problems Candidates MUST RELOCATE to New Orleans for this opportunity.
