The form should write an XML file to a configurable location, with the file name being a UUID. The XML should look like this: <params> <param> <value> <struct> <member> <name>file_name</name> <value><string>[uuid]</string></value> </member> <member> <name>period</name> <value><string>Old Masters</string></value> </member> <name>exhibition_date</name> <value><string>July 10th-July15th</string></value> </member> ... </struct> </value> </param> </params> And so on with field names filling the name tag - lowercased and underscore for space. The image file should upload to a configurable directory. The pull downs, which cannot be seen in the image are: Period: Old Masters, Modern & Contemporary Exhibition Date: Unassigned, Sample Date Category: Painting, Sculpture, Work on Paper, Print, Photography, Installation Note the form will have validation for required fields being filled - as denoted by and asterisk. You will be provided the HTML for the layout, and a development server. This bid is for a very small project that is part of a much larger project.
