Sales Channel Development - Medical Mattresses & Support Surfaces - Lead Generation Marketing Strategy Sales Marketing
Seeking an established healthcare professional in the medical device or medical products business to provide consulting services on channel development within the Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Continuing Care segments for medical mattresses, wheelchair cushions and other positioning devices for non-acute care environments. I am an experienced entrepreneur who is in the process of building many of the 'go-to-market' elements required to support these market segments. I am looking to find someone who can specifically help to build a distribution network (independent rep agencies, other) to directly sell these products to the segments noted above in U.S. market. Someone with prior experience selling to the big care providers (Erickson, Sunrise, etc) would be ideal. The right candidate may also be able to provide broader knowledge and support across other strategic areas, and those candidates are welcome to inquire as well. This position could evolve into a more strategic role in the longer-term including a possible equity position based on interests and contributions to this project request. Product line has been spec'd; manufacturer has been identified and qualified; product is developed and currently being QA & flammability tested; marketing agency has been hired to develop positioning, collateral, website, and all other marketing materials.
