Kforce is seeking a Mortgage Closer for a Saint Louis, Missouri client that will support the settlement services process by coordinating loan closings including preparation of HUD-1 and loan documents. This position requires understanding of state specific guidelines and/or loan closing documentation as well as effective and timely problem resolution using strong customer communication skills. Required Skills: Strong understanding of operational procedures for the processing and delivery of title and closing products Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently Ability to work well in a high-stress environment 1-3 years of title / closing services experience are preferred Candidates must have Mortgage Closing experience to be considered for this position
