We are looking for a Data Warehouse Administrator/Architect in Tallahassee, FL with the following skills: Required Skills: * Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience. * 5+ years of IT work experience. * 3+ years of experience designing data models relative to both normalized and dimensional modeling for Enterprise Data Warehouses and/or Data marts. * 5+ years of experience with either Erwin or ER Studio modeling tools. * 3+ years of experience with ETL development environments. * Working knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and systems. * Proficient in excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word. * Candidate must be a team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Essential Duties: * Model, develop and maintain data warehouse databases and/or data marts containing relational and multi-dimensional databases. * Analyze potential sources of data for inclusion into the data warehouse and/or data marts. * Translate business requirements from across the organization into technical data warehousing and/or data mart requirements, including reporting and analytics requirements. * Review and provide feedback on strategies and standards for Business Data Integration as it pertains to data warehousing. * Contribute to developing transparent and well understood enterprise data governance processes, rules and technologies to support them. * Provide data warehouse and/or data mart support functions including database maintenance, development and enhancements. * Support users in constructing queries. * Design and supervise the preparation of the data warehouse and/or data mart technical environment. This includes long-range size estimation. * Develop procedures for ensuring the security of the warehouse including the reporting environment. * Architect and design sound reporting environment.
